FAQs
Do you have Public Liability Insurance and PAT tested equipment?
Yes, I hold Public Liability Insurance up to £5 million and all of my equipment is fully PAT tested. Certificates can be provided to your venue on request.
Can I request a song that is not on your repertoire list?
Yes. My wedding packages include songs of your choice for your special moments, such as walking down the aisle or your first dance, which means you are welcome to choose a song that is not on my list. Any additional song requests outside of this are charged at £25 per song to cover rehearsal time.
What time will you arrive to set up on the day?
For wedding bookings, I arrive approximately 90 minutes before my performance time to allow for setup and soundcheck, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Do you travel for weddings?
Yes, I travel both across the UK and internationally for weddings. For UK weddings, a travel fee applies for anything over 30 miles from my location, charged at 45p per mile. I also love performing at destination weddings and can provide a bespoke quote including travel and accommodation.
Do you work with other singers or musicians?
Yes, I work with a range of talented musicians and can offer options such as saxophone, piano or additional vocalists. If you are looking for something specific, I can help create the perfect package for your day.
What happens between your breaks?
I am always happy to play background music through my sound system during my breaks to keep the atmosphere going. However, I do not offer a full DJ service or provide music before my first set or after my final performance.
How long do you perform for?
I offer a variety of packages, typically including multiple live sets across your drinks reception, wedding breakfast or evening. Each booking is tailored to suit your timeline.
Can you provide music for different parts of the day?
Yes, I can perform for your ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast and evening celebrations. Many couples choose a combination to create a seamless musical experience throughout the day.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes, I provide all professional sound equipment needed for my performance. All I require is access to a standard power supply.
How do we secure our booking?
To secure your date, you will need to accept your quote, complete your contract and pay a 20% reservation fee. The remaining balance is then due one month before your wedding date.
Can we choose the songs from your repertoire list?
Absolutely. I want your day to feel personal, so you are welcome to highlight any favourites or no-gos from my setlist, and I will tailor the performance to suit your style and vibe.
